Can anyone guide me for how to set HR department, Policies for a Real Estate Industry, Forms & Formats for the same , i just took 2 or 3 sample forms of Appointment letter, reliving letter , experience letter form here , but there may be some specifics things that has to be followed for Real Estate , in construction line , buying, selling etc
