I joined tcs on 2 april 18 ...But due to some reasons I wish not to continue anymore in this job..I need to resign..But my bond period is 1 year so I need to serve till April or may or may be 3 more notice period.But I need to resign right now and start career in new direction.

A legally enforceable employment bond would indicate a reasonable length of minimum service after completion of the on the job training by the employee and the amount of liquidated damages payable to the employer in case of early exit at the option of the employee before the minimum service period. If you are willing to comply with the said condition, your resignation would be accepted.
