Hello all, My current company has 2 months notice period with buy out option
I have already served one month notice, I want to buy out the other month but my manager is not agreeing
Hr is saying only if manager agrees there will be buy out
How can i proceed in this situation
I am mentally frustrated working there, I can not take any further days in my current organisation

When your functional head insists on your serving the entire notice period purely in the interest of the work of the organization, you have no other choice. If it is otherwise, better seek an audience with the C.E.O and politely explain the necessity for your early relief based on the buy-out option and thus make your exit quick and peaceful..

It’s mental harrasment, he is just taking out a personal grudge. Can I take it to court?
