I have completed 1.5 year in a company, now I want to change office because of salary issue, so can I withdraw my PF and I'm not interested to continue my PF account in the next company.
If anyone have the solution of this problem, so please share with me.

Too late from today GOI has put a ban on withdrawal of 100% EPF, so now the contributing member has to continue till the retirement,

Read the notification attached, now the employee is eligible for 75% withdrawal only of a/c 1 a/c 10 i.e EPS is transferable and adhared to linked UAN, which can not be changed

Please confirm, if the resigned employee didn’t get job after 2 months also, how to withdraw his eps amount. As per the new amendment after 2 months he can with draw his 100% epf amount(75% &25%). What about his eps amount. How to withdraw his eps amount.

EPS can not be claimed at present but is consolidated for EPF accounts in same UAN
however there are certain relaxations
1) if the employee is going abroad for permanent ( documents would be needed to file 10C)
2) if a female employee leaves job due to marriage and submit an undertaking that in future she will not join any job or EPF
3) death of the contributing member (in this case the pension get auto fixed without the fulfillment of 10 yrs period)
Visit the PRO of your EPF office for any help needed
