I joined a company and they asked me to sign a training bond for 2.8lakhs, which I did. Now my previous company has provided a negative review due to an issue with my previous manager and the new company is asking that they cannot keep me in this process anymore.
I have been provided training for 1 month but do I need to pay the amount?

Dear member,
Your company should have done Background Verification (BGV) before the recruitment. If they have done it after the recruitment then onus of the selection of wrong employee is with them. Therefore, no worry on this count.
Nevertheless, we need to know the conditions of the "training bond". Unless we know the verbatim, no firm opinion can be placed.
Thanks,

There is a rule in bond for termination.
The options are services not satisfactory, abadons, misrepresented any experience or degree, committed breach of contract.
The company if terminates can hold accountable for payment if because of above mentioned.
They have multiple projects and bond is signed for technical training of a particular project.
Can they force me to join any other small project?
Did I broke any rules according to their termination policy.
