I want clarification weather PF interest will be paid from the due date or from the date employer has deposited the PF Amount.

Yes, you are entitled to full interest, but you have to make them to compensate which is possible only when you lodge a complaint with EPF officials about this lapses. Failure in depositing the employees' & employers' contributions to the employees' EPF a/c is an offence and the employer committing this fraud is liable to compensate fully but also penalty for defaulting.
