Anyone can please help me with Act/ Law according to which Earned Leave , casual leave and Sick Leave is decided for IT Services Industry.
And How many leaves one can avail per month according to Act/law?

Consult the Delhi Shop & Establishment Act. There is no limit fixed for availment of leave, of course subject to your leave at credit.
