As all of you know, Employees & employers are contributing to ESIC but benefit is out of reach. Its too much difficulties to get the benefit. Thats why we are planning not to contribute any share to ESIC instead of it we are planning to deal with a health insurance company & contribute to that ins co. as it really works in adverse situation.Is it possible plz guide the best solution

Unless you provide better facilities than covered under ESI you can not get exemption under ESI its very tough to provide facilities better than covered under ESI. Please cover employees under additional cover than stop paying to ESIC.
