We need to separate one factory into two different factories. what are the formalities?

First change the lay out and make two separate entity to be created. No movement of men and material between two factories inside the same compound. Make a clear cut separation apply to Inspector Factories, with lay out plan and board resolution to separate two factories, and get it approved as a separate factories. You may to apply to sales tax and excise authorities for approval for separation.

Need to apply for registration as PE with labour department
Need to apply for Power Connection , water connection.
Need to demarcate area into two.
Need to have lease deed /sales deed for the area which is to be the new factory.
