Thank you very much for the information shared. According to the definitions of trade union, trade dispute the employers can also avail the same privilege which was being enjoyed by the workers/employees. According to Sec. 5(a)(aa) of the Act inference can also be drawn that the employers can also avail the same benefit alike the employees/workers to safe guard their interests and avoid exploitation of the workers' unions.
