I am working with an organization for the last three years. I joined and worked for IT department till February 2018. After that our management transferred me to another department. I was not interested to join the new department but due to financial issues i couldn't quit the job. So i worked with new department till July. Now i got a new job in IT but my present organization will mention my preset department name in my experience certificate which will create a problem. So i need the experience certificate with mentioning two department. Please anyone provide me a sample experience certificate mentioning two different department.

Dear friend,
When the service-cum-employment certificate is issued, generally the department in which the employee has worked in not mentioned. Generally such certificate contains details like date of joining, designation when joined, date(s) of promotion(s) along with designation(s), last working day and the reason for leaving etc. Therefore, have you checked the certificate that was issued by your company in the past? Possibly your worries could be misplaced.
Service-cum-employment certificate is endorsement by the company about employer-employee relationship or rather company-employee relationship. Department is just a subset of the company. Therefore, it would be wrong to mention the department.
Thanks,
