One of my employee had gone on leave because of a family issue. While on the supposed leave, he went ahead and joined another company wherein he submitted a fabricated relieving letter from my company- including with a rubber stamp, letter-pad and Directors sign too.
How can I process on him?
Can we file complaint against him on basis of forgery with company documents?
Please guide me.

First you require proof. Only if you have proof can you do something about the matter.
Get in touch with the other company discretely.
Once you have verifiable and documented proof, you can act legally against your ex-employee.
