Dear seniors,
Please confirm that, every factory should maintain creche at factory premises if the employees are 30 and above. Now my question is
1.Employees means both men & women employees or only women employees.
2.Is there any rule that, not to maintain creche if the company is not in a position to run or running in losses.
3.What is the distance to be maintain from factory to creche.

Hello there,
Creche is for women employees, if the establishment doesn't have creche facility, you can rent a creche center near to your office premises.
according to maternity act and factories act, every office premises whose women employees are more than in number.
i am not sure about the distance from creche facility, if the creche room is in factory premises, you can put anywhere in the premises like beside lunch room or near to dining area, etc. which are feasible and close to women employees are work.
