No need to deduct as you have not yet reach the number of employees which are mandatory to be registered for.

Hi MK50,
You have not reached the required no of employees to obtain the code, Hence it is not applicable to your organisation. However, if you are deploying any employees in client place to work, then client may ask the same. If you don't have the code, client may deduct the amount from your bills and pay the contribution in their code. If you are providing service from your office/ location, this is not required.

When ever your are required to work in client places, if client is covered under ESI, than submit a split bill, with labour cost, Material cost, spares cost, cleaning materials cost separably. The ESI deduction would be made only on Labour Cost.
