during job period regular mode degree is in valid

Dear Sir, I working in pvt ltd. oganisation since eleven years . Now I got job in a State Goverment under taking co. Since I had a graduation degree with low marks , so i again did my graduation in regular mode from remote area ,universityand i Got the said job on my second degree, but I am afraid that they will know my previous job through my efp and terminate me. Kindly advice us how can i cope with this situation. Is my second degree is valid or not

Your Degree is valid. Thus there is no question of doubting its validity. The question is about the mode of acquiring it. You have to explain it with a convincing answer, should the need arise.
