Please let me know what are the return under factory act 1948.
I am newly join in manufacturing industries & my boss assin me take care of all return annually as well as half yearlly returne & All statutory complainces
Please let me know about that along with form no.

Dear V. hinge ji,
You need to submit annual return in Form 27 under rule 119(1) MFR online through lms.mahaonline.gov.in
You need to create your login ID on mahaonline submitting the profile of your company and authorised person on MAITRI.
There is no half yearly return now.
