If an employer of a sudden comes and inform that we don't have more money to run the organization and sent mail also that your services are discontinued, what an employee should do they have given their more than one your and when it's the time of increment they are asking is to leave in one month.

An employer cannot decide all on a sudden to close his enterprise and ask every one to leave. You have not disclosed the nature of your enterprise. Assuming the applicability of ID Act 1947, such closures can be done with only proper approval from the government concerned and paying compensation. You may meet the local Labour Inspector /Labour Officer and discuss the matter.
