Please clarify the doubts as following.
a) We are in process of salary restructuring, i have formulated Basic 45% + HRA (40 % of Basic) + conv. allw. Rs.1600 / month (Fixed) + Mis/special allw. Rs. 1250 / month (Fixed). Is this is correct? And is it mandatory to mention DA ?
b) Is EPF covered for all the salary components? As per norms Basic + DA will be consider for EPF wages. For Eg. An employee getting salary of 26K (If total basic + DA is Rs. 13000 and remaining components are Rs. 13000) we need to pay EPF for all the components ?
c) In Mar'18 we have paid EPF gross wages as Rs. 35000 / ceiling amount Rs. 15000, in salary restructure gross wages would be Rs. 28500 / ceiling amount is Rs. 15000. Is any problem arise from EPFO ?
d) As per Factories Act 1948 what are all the paid leave norms for workers / staffs / probation staff categories?
Those clarification would be needfull for us.
