What is the Eligibility criteria for withdrawal of PF? One of our employee who has completed 4 years. Whether he is eligible for PF part withdraw. Reason: House Renovation. Kindly give the clarification.

In order to get advance (part withdrawal) for construction/renovation of house heshould have completed at least 5 years as a member of PF.
