Pl. advise that whether xyz company can deduct the 3 month notice period in Probation period or not
because company mentioned in his appointment letter that if you will left the organisation you will have to pay three month notice period.
The company did not mentioned specifically that your notice period will be consider in probation period or after confirmation.
your advise/reply will be highly appreciable.

Is it clearly mentioned that 3 months notice period is there during probation?
It is felt that 3 month’s notice period during probation period is quite unreasonable. You must submit a polite communication in writing , under proper acknowledgment and raise a query to clarify what is the notice of resignation period applicable during probation period, as it is not specifically described in your appointment letter, and seek a reply in writing.

Good morning All,
I would like to clear, if the employee is ready to pay the notice period , is it the Employee has to pay Basic salary............
Kindly advice because xyz company if the two months notices period is not fullfilled , the company dont pay anything apart from PF.
