One of our employee died in service. as per his gratuity nomination he has made his wife and three children, nominee for 25% to each.
Now all his three children have given affidavit to give the gratuity amount to his wife. all three children are above 18 years of age.
can we do that. please suggest

I the affidavit is before a Notary Public. Yes you can release the Gratuity payment. As an abandon caution you may take the three children in the voucher as confirming party if possible.
