I was working in a insurance company...it was all good going....i got a new assignment...i tried my level best...but cannot work up to the mark...i assured by my seniors authority that another guy will join and i will get help out of it....but ultimately he joined so late. As per the office hours..i have to work more approx 12 hours a day..and a day came....i got absent around 4-5 days without any information...finally i resigned third time with a short notice period of 10 days only..at 6th day...and not served my notice period properly....i submitted all my assets except charge handover..what consequences can i face for such things....

Issue here is you have not able to cope up and have not handled your job properly.
Exit also has been on ground of absence, less notice period.
Company can withhold notice period pay and terminate you with adverse remarks by holding a domestic enquiry.
Charge has also not been handed over.all this will go against you.
what are the terms and conditions given in your appointment order?
You need to follow those conditions fully and sort out affairs with your company.
