Dear Gaurav,
I am quite unable to figure out what exactly is your doubt in the matter of maintenance of the registers mentioned. If you vaguely ask for a basic method for filling up of any register, one has to advise you simply to fill all the columns with relevant data and don't leave anyone blank - that's all! Be specific what the confusions you face either in the independent maintenance of any individual register or making combined entries or understanding the actual meanings of certain columns. Hope you got my point and will revert back.
