Pf account transfer and bank record do not match - where to complaint?

Dear sir mere PF account me mere employer ne Sahi ammout transfer nahi kiya hai meri salary slip me kuch ammout hai Jabki mere PF account me kam hai Eske liye Mai Kisko complain Karun

Dear, please take up the matter with your Employer As per your Pay Slip for Sep-2017 PF Amount deducted is Rs1,440/- Whereas Sep-2017 Amount remitted in Oct-2017 is Rs1,134/-
