we have recently formed a new partnership LLP firm and there is no employees engaged in this, is it necessary to register under karnataka professional tax act or not required, as we have received a notice to get it registered and make payment. please suggest me.

yes we have started our operation,
they got the information from the registrar of companies and sent the notice,
we have registered with RoC this LLP firm and purchased a commercial building and rented out,
