Why do we tend to forget to take note that Sexual Harassment is Violation of the Fundamental Right of Women to Life with Dignity as Guaranteed by Constitution of India and categorically enshrined in the Preamble of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 which covers Every Workplace in India including our Dwelling Place, all Institutions, all Establishments, all premises under Supervision, Management and Control of Every Employer.
Every Woman in India now has access to the e-Portal SHe-Box to register, lodge, submit her Complaint online which shall be forwarded for necessary further action and redressal by the respective Internal Committees and or the Local Committees, as the case may be.
