I work in an IT Company situated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. I want some suggestion regarding advance Leave. Two months ago, a new employee joined the company and took 7 leave on account of the birth of his baby. However, he did not have any leaves in his account. Given his situation, can we sanction him advance leave - is there any provision for the same?
Also, as we have weekly time sheets, under what head should he input his leave?
