Please help .. If any employee minimum wages is more than celling limit 7000 ?? then bonus should be calculated on 7000 or minimum wages ... Delhi

Minimum wages or 7000 whatever is more to be considered while calculation of the bonus.

minimum wages as per maharashtra state wages act Rs .9800PM. Actual pay Basic+DA 12500 PM then how to calculate bonus?
