Dear Friend,
Company Name :
Name of the designated person:
Designation:
Date of Joining:
Salary Per Annum Per month(breakup) Taxable income/Tax workout
Basic
HRA
Medical allow
Reimbursement
Mobile/Data
conveyance
Dvr salary
home employee
Other allowances for family
Tuition fee to children
Annual tour package
Parental gratia
Festival expenses(other than bonus)
Incidental expenses
PF Applicable
EX-Gratia
Total : One crore xxxx(per month) Taxable : Tax deduction
Net After deduction ...........
Here, some amounts need be booked in company expenditure and not in the employee and such expenses should not be added to the CTC ( clearly should be mentioned). Company visits should be born by the company, stay outside the HQ and other expenses should not be booked into the salary of the employee. However, the amount when booked into the company expenses Tax should be calculated accordingly and must be carried over irrespective of the post held. There should not be any compromise in the expenditure/income and the post should not be misused. Salary, let it be 3,50,000/- let the DA be 35% and calculate other allowances for an annual CTC of one crore. (also consult your financial advisor)
have a good day ...
