we are a private limited company .we want to apply for EPF registration only .but some one said thatto get EPF CODE , ESIC code is compulsory. IS It real or we can registre without esic code.
please give procedure for that And documents required for that.

Dear,
There are no any rules that you should have ESIC Registration before you going EPF Registration. You can do EPF Registration without having ESIC Registration.
## The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation launches the Online Registration of Establishments (OLRE) Portal, for allotment of the PF Code number.

-Employers applying for Online Code may contact toll-free No. 1800118005 between 09:45 AM to 05:15 PM on any working day for any query in this regard. Employers may also e-mail to "olre@epfindia.gov.in" clearly stating the problem in detail.
