how to calculate monthly salary from ctc?
e.g.
Basic - Genrally it 40 % of CTC %?
HRA - Minimum 5 % HRA Act in Maharashtra & Maximum is 40/50% as per IT Act?
DA% - As per government notification if employee covered under minimum wages act ?
Sp. Allow % As per government notification if employee covered under minimum wages act Generally DA & Spl allowance are used interchangably ?

Pt - 200 per month & 2500 for Apr - Mar in Maharashtra ?
Pf % - 12.7%?
ESIC % - 4.75%?
Pension %? - Already covered under PF
Gratu%? - 4.8% of Basic etc
