I like to know normal procedure of leave for employees
Our Company CL -12 & PL -15
If employee wants to take leave on Saturday and Monday. How we calculate wheather 3 days or 2 days

Calculating leave taken depends on the company.
Normally, if Saturday is a working day, and Saturday and the following Monday are taken as leave, then leave is calculated as being for 3 days, if leave is calculated on a calendar basis.
However, if your leave is calculated on working days only, then leave will be for 2 days only, i.e. Saturday and Monday.
If Saturday is a holiday, then obvioously, only Monday will be taken as leave, whether the leave is calculated calendar-wise or on working days.
Your company will need to revise its leave policy, taking into account all such situations, while ensuring that neither employees nor employer are unduly benefitted.
