Yes any employee will get pf and pension if he attained 58 years and retired. If he is in private sector he has to give one performa in the respective PF office that he has attained 58 years of age and he is not working anywhere right now.

Dear Mr Kumar, Please note that Employee in question will get withdrawal from EPF Provided he is member of EPF & Contributions are remitted..Further, to be eligible for EPS, Employee should have been member of EPS For minimum 10 Years. You have to verify membership details before coming to conclusion.Pension can be claimed after attaining 50/58 Years. Please frame your question correctly

Dear Sai Ram,
My query is that suppose an employee has completed his 58 years of age in our organization, he was getting EPF &EPS benefits, after 58 he is still working in our company as an on roll employee, in this case, we should provide EPF & EPS benefits.

If Employee wishes, he can continue to be EPS Member for another 2 Years i.e till 60 Years, provided he is eligible for EPS at the time of attaining 58 Years.
Similarly, Employee can continue to be EPF Member, even after attaining 58 years provided there is continuity in service & Employee has not withdrawn his EPF Accumulations.
Further, Employer can also consider such Employees (Retired after attaining 58Years) as "EXCLUDED EMPLOYEE"from the purview of EPF & EPS Coverage
