But Now the question is now that why the employer contribution is maximum 1800/- . Need clarification.

PF contribution ceiling is Rs. 15000/- thus employer is not bounded to pay the contribution goes above the ceiling. Thus the contribution which is mandatory for employer is = 15000 * 12% = 1800 /- (Excluding other administrative charges). Still employer has a choice if he want to deduct PF on ceiling or with no ceiling.

I don’t think this is the case if employer is deducting employees share on whole 25000 then how can he contribute according to ceiling. Unless its a case of VPF

Employee and employer can contribute to epf for salary above the mandatory limit.Such employees will also get pension at higher rate .
