As a recruitment firm our responsibility is to source the matched talent, interviewer takes the interview and select best match through various rounds.
If i add replacement clause in recruitment clause won't it become short-term staffing (where the placement firm takes the responsibility to provide manpower to company and takes monthly salary from the company.. if the employee leaves, placement firm keep the position filled.)
I take one time service fee. can somebody get me digest why i should provide replacement when my responsibility is limited to source the talent. I run recruitment/placement firm, m not a contractor.
