See I am suggesting this in good faith but this route is very tough to undergo initially but always bring you success as you excel.
1) Get an LLB or BL from a good college. Without this there is less scope as in Labour courts, tribunals or department you will need this.
2) Start legal training from now. It takes atleast 3 years to become a knowledgeable lawyer and 10 years to become an expert.
