Points To Be Considered While Choosing A Candidate???

Hi Friends,
I am working in a BPO as a HR Executive. I don't have any prior experience of this line. I am in first year of my graduation.
Well I just wanted to know that what are the basic things should be considered while taking interviews of any candidates for CCE position. Also, please suggest that what are the questions I should ask the candidates who are applying for the post of Team Leader.
