dear all,
In our company, the leaves are mentioned as 20 nos for each employee. There is no mention of EL/SL/CL. this leave should be utilised in the same F.y. If not no leave encashment.
Is this system is acceptable as per bengaluru labour law. if not what is the procedure ?? Please help me set right this.
Appreciate quick response in this regard.

your Organization is Registered under Factories Act or Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishments Act.Please let me know for providing the details

If your company registered under shops and establishment act, you can have 12 CL, 12 SL and 15 earned leaves.

Are you working in an office or in a factory? If you are working in a office which is not in a factory, then study Shops & Establishments Act applicable there, otherwise factories Act will apply>
