Amendment of name correction & Date of birth.
I have sent To, The Regional PF Commissioner, (RO-Ranchi) Speed posted on 16/01/2017.
We are enclosing a Joint Declaration by the member and employer, Member passbook, Adhaar Card, and joint request letter(Member & employer).
Can it possible above amendment/correction. I am in hesitate.
Because I have done work contract basis. leave the work Contractor - Sri Guru Govind Singh Nursery, Hazaribagh.
