hello, need someone help urgently... actually currently I am working In MNC company which i Joined last month .. but yesterday I got a mail that my BGV (Back Ground Verification) is negative due to last employer has sent a mail to current employer that i was absconded from there ....that is true ,, but i did not accept my resignation ..then i went to HR there and they told me no need to give resignation ..we will give you relieving.. i got reliving .. now the HR person has resigned there ..who provided me reliving ...now new HR is saying you have given fake reliving letter in your current company..i told him all about but he was not agree ..now but to do ..my company has given me 2 days time to proof the docs which i have provided is valid and true ,, kindly recommend fast otherwise i will lose my job....pls pls help ...and thank you in advance .... Dear Mr.Suri the documents you provided from previous company will be printed on company letterhead of that company is first proof and the signature will be of the old HR who left, is the second proof.So you can convince them easily.
