I have joined non profits organisation as a Consultant and as per the agreement there is written one month notice or the corresponding days consultancy fees. But I want to leave the organisation with immediate effect but does want to surrender my earning, I have lost my father during this and have many other paper work in my home city. Please guide me

Sorry to say but if there is a contract then you have to abide by it. Or risk a suit that may be filed by your employer.
