Salary Structure - Xls Download [thread 56782]

Dear All,
We need to redesign our salary sturcture. It should have two part :
A) Fixed (Basic salary) and
B) Variable (Traget and job oriented) and should also includes various perks.
Please help me with various formats in resprect with engineering consultancy firm.
