I have joined as a contract employee for an organisation, in the offer letter it was mentioned my consolidated salary would be 30k per month. After the 1st payslip is generated I can see the EPF is deducted as 12%. My question is that Employee PF or Employer PF contribution? Does consolidated salary includes Employer PF contribution also? Please help.
