Dear All,
Greetings!
My uncle worked in a central government organization and taken voluntary retirement. Now he is been receiving pension for his service with Central Government.
Later he joined a private organization and worked for 13 years and contributed to PF also.
Is he eligible to receive pension for the service contributed to the private organization also. If so how it can be availed. Is anyone aware of the process for this kind of cases.
Thanks for your support.
Thanks,
Anil

Dear Mr. Anil,
PF pension will not be denied at any ground provided the member completed 10 years' service in EPS-95. Pension can be availed by submitting for 10D to Sub Regional PF office after endorsed by employer.

Dear Mr. Anil,
PF pension will not be denied at any circumstances, if the member completed 10 years in EPS=95. Pension can be availed by submitting form 10D to the concerned Sub Regional PF Commissioner's Office, after getting endorsed by employer.

Dear Anil,
As explained by Mr Abbas, your uncle is entitled for PF Pension as well.
Mr. Abbas is very strong in PF points.
I would like to add, as per govt. law if any person is drawing two or more pensions, the DA will be paid only with One Pension. In other pensions he/she will get the basic part only.
I can't produce any law section, it is based on my experience with govt depts and dealing with consultants. For more detail you can contact the PF office or any consultant.

Dear Pan Singh,
Whatever be the pensions one draws, there will not be any deduction in PF pension. Because EPS is not an additional benefit from EPFO or Govt., but it is the return from member's deposit.
