Can anyone suggest me on scenario of like if any public or private company not ready to give Annual increment can we go legal case/action for In any public or private company reject or not ready to give annual increment to employee....

There is no law which mandates annual increments to the employees.But all progressive and well run companies do give increments annually and on annual appraisal etc.Govt/PSUs have annual increment as part of wage policy.
So question of going legal in the case of a private company does not arise.
Minimum wages act gets reviewed at six monthly intervals and all have to comply with those stipulated daily wages.
