there is an employees group whos salary is 12000 . unko emplyee code bhi diya hai , salary rejister mein bhi naam hai , we give them salary slip also , but i dont want them to cover them under esic to reduce company liblity .. tell me how can i do

1. Dear member, in this forum in number of threads, it has been mentioned that the compliance of labour laws including ESI Act, 1948 is compulsory and not optional.
2. If you want to learn the methods as to how to make manipulations to avoid implementation of ESI Act, 1948 and rules/regulations framed thereunder, then I will like to inform you with sorry that we are not aware about any such method.
