As per rules
Per annum 12 Cl sa and 6 Sals on date of Joining basis and completions of 240 days employee will get Earned leaves 15 pa.
Example: if An employee joined between 1st to 15the of jan - get 12+6
if An employee joined between 16 to 31st of jan - get 11+5
if An employee joined between 20 june - pet 6+3
like this way need to caliculate leaves,
Maximum limit 2 CL per month,
in case of Sick leaves employee needs to produce Doctors Certificate.
if he do so total SL s he can use .
