Any establishments / shops / factory which have employed 10 or more person in the preceding twelve months are under coverage of Payment of Gratuity Act .
After applicability of gratuity act, if the strengths falls below 10 then also it will be applicable

Once the establishment is covered, it will remain so in future also.
Calculation of gratuity - Total wages (basic + DA) / 26 days x 15 x no. of completed years of service.
