HI Can anyone Knew about preset percentage of pf all companies are started different deduction in salaries all are saying as per new rule 2016 pf deductions are increased now am totally confused please help me below I mentioned my colleague salary numbers for reference gross is 21000 and basic20%hra20%canveyance10%lta10%medical10%others1 0%Fbp20%.deduction part is pf and gratuity and meal coupons(but he is not registered in meal coupons pf percentage 12% but I thought changed or not I don't no exact details now he is getting 17789 3000 was deducted in gross is this right please help me
