1. Sir, so far as coverage under ESI Act, 1948 and rules/regulations framed thereunder is concerned, there is no concept of "salary" or "CTC". Only the term "wages" is relevant and important which has been defined under section 2(22) of said Act.
2. Further the wage limit under said Act is Rs. 15000/- per month and not below Rs.15000/- as mentioned by you in your thread. (Please see Rule 50)
